I have used 32-gig SD cards, so has another Centipede owner. According to the discussion on the Internet, the size is limited by your budget, not the Pi. Since I have not tried it myself, I ask you post about your results if you try something larger than 32-gig.
I have deployed the ver 1.08 image to a 64GB Ultra disk without issue. A word of advice though. Remove and reset your card before use or remove it after use (I know, they can be lost easily). I trashed one 64GB card already, I dont think it was properly seated before I powered the Centipede up. Be sure to have another ready to go just in case.
